When Chef Ishan Udayanga joined our culinary team, his artistry and passion instantly resonated with the spirit of our restaurant. Surrounded by breath-taking mountain views andknown for our warm, attentive service, we envisioned a dining experience that would blendrefinement with comfort – where guests could celebrate special moments in a setting as memorable as the meal itself.
With over 14 years of expertise in fine dining, à la carte, in-villa dining, and curated dinner set menus, Chef Ishan brings a wealth of experience from some of the region’s most distinguished hospitality brands. Having worked with Sheraton Resorts & Spa Maldives, he then spent seven years perfecting his craft at Dhigali Maldives – Universal Resorts Maldives, and later contributed his expertise at Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives. Skilled in delivering exceptional culinary experiences with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction, he ensures that every plate reflects the highest standards, promising diners nothing short of the finest experience.
Inspired by his creativity and the precision he brings to every dish, we set out to craft a menu that reflects our vision of affordable luxury. Each course was designed to highlight fresh, vibrant ingredients prepared with care and elegance, transforming dining into an experience to be savoured, not just served.
